Privacy settings

Open Settings → Data & privacy.

Settings, Data and privacy: what is saved for you and how long.

  • Saved data. Choose how long your paused workspaces and published pages are kept. You can only choose shorter than your organisation’s limit. For a single conversation use the Saved data menu in its header.
  • Keep nothing. Setting saved workspaces to 0 days means an idle sandbox is deleted with its files.
  • Web search and memory. Both can be turned off for yourself, never on beyond what your admin allows.
  • See your footprint. Settings → Usage shows your own activity for 30 days and what is stored for you.

You can see your organisation’s rules read-only under Personalization, so you always know what instructions Lucy follows for everyone.
