Overview

What Lucy keeps between conversations: processes (how things are done here, step by step) and a knowledge graph (facts about people, companies, contracts and so on, with their sources).

Everything has a scope: user (only you), group:<groupId> (a group from the identity provider) or org (everyone). You see your own memory, your groups’ and the organization’s; so do admins. Lucy writes to your own scope. Sharing wider is your decision (shareMemory), and a process for a group or the organization is a proposal until an admin accepts it.

Memory is on when the contract includes it (entitlements.memory), the organization hasn’t turned it off (settings memory_enabled) and you haven’t either (preference memory); getMemory says which. Reading, exporting and deleting always work. Adding needs the organization’s memory on, and your own too for your own scope (403 …/errors/memory-disabled otherwise).
