The Lucy API is the same API the chat app uses, open to your own systems.

• Base URL: https://api.asklucy.eu/v1
• Format: JSON; errors use application/problem+json (RFC 9457).
• Auth: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC tokens from Zitadel. See Authentication.

Conventions

• IDs are opaque strings with a type prefix (conv_, msg_, file_).
• Timestamps are RFC 3339 in UTC.
• Lists use cursor pagination with next_cursor.
• POSTs that create something accept an Idempotency-Key header (kept 24 hours).
• Rate limits are per organisation and returned in RateLimit headers; over the limit you get 429 and Retry-After.
• Quote the X-Request-Id response header when you contact support.
