Google Workspace

The Google connector offers the same nine tools, apps, approvals and permissions as Microsoft 365, so one request works with either account.

App What Lucy can do Google access requested
Gmail Search and read mail, write drafts gmail.readonly, gmail.compose
Send mail Send a message you approved gmail.send
Calendar See your calendar, create events with guests calendar.events
Drive Search, browse and read files you can open. Read only. drive.readonly

A draft or a reply keeps the original thread and subject. Sending always goes through the approval card.

The same requests work with Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive, so a team on Google Workspace gets the same results as a team on Microsoft 365.

Job Say this What happens
Summarise a thread “Summarise the thread with the auditors about the DORA register and list what they still need from us.” Lucy reads the thread and returns a summary with the open items.
Draft a reply “Draft a reply to the latest email from Harry accepting the revised timeline.” A draft appears in Gmail. You review and send.
Find a document in Drive “Find the latest supplier contract for Kestrel in Drive and tell me the renewal date.” Lucy searches Drive, opens the file you can access, and answers with the page it found.
Plan a meeting “Find a slot this week for a one hour review with the compliance team and send an invite.” Lucy shows the event and guests. It is created only after you click Allow once.
Weekly summary “Summarise what I committed to by email this week and add the dates to a checklist.” A checklist built from your sent mail.

“Check my calendar for tomorrow. For each meeting, find the last email thread about it and the newest file in Drive, and give me a three line brief.”

You get a short brief per meeting in one answer. Lucy reads only what your account can already open.
