Requests
Section titled “Requests”A member asks their admins for a higher limit in one window (limit)
or for a model offered to selected people (model), with a reason
if they like (POST /me/requests). Admins see what waits
(Me.pending_requests, GET /org/requests) and approve or decline,
with a note back. Approving does the change: a limit request sets
the person’s own override for that window to the amount the admin
chooses; a model request grants them the model. The member sees
the outcome where they asked (UsageWindow.request,
ModelList.requestable), never an amount.
